A man has been charged after he allegedly exposed himself in front of a woman and two girls, aged six and seven, at a popular tourist beach in Melbourne‘s south-east.
The woman and her daughters were walking near the Brighton Beach bathing boxes about 4.15pm yesterday when the alleged “lewd act” occurred.
“Police will allege the man exposed himself twice to the six and seven-year-old girls before hiding in nearby bushes,” Victoria Police said in a statement.

“Air Wing was notified and directed local units to the location of the man.
“He was located allegedly hiding in bushland and arrested shortly later.”
The 51-year-old Hampton Park man has been charged with sexual activity directed towards another.
He was due to face Moorabbin Magistrates Court today.
