Tje children were grabbed while at Lizard Point Holiday Park near Mullion on Sunday
Two children were grabbed by an unknown woman as they visited a holiday park.
The father of one of the two children told police he saw a woman holding each child by the arm in the amusement arcade at Lizard Point Holiday Park near Mullion on Sunday.
He shouted at the woman, who was wearing a bright yellow top, to let them go.
The children were then taken back to their families.
Devon and Cornwall Police said they are appealing for witnesses.
