WWE star Santos Escobar didn’t hold back on SmackDown with some strong words for Rey Mysterio.
The former Latino World Order member has officially separated from the group after a devastating on screen attack on the Hall of Famer which has left him on the sidelines.
The legendary luchador has legitimately undergone surgery on a knee injury which will leave him out of action for ‘several months’.
His rival has no sympathy though, refusing to apologise and even wishing the masked icon gets ‘an infection’ and needs to lose his leg.
‘You thought I was going to come out here and apologise. I apologise for not doing more damage,’ he said. ‘And Rey, this one, from the bottom of my heart, I hope the surgery didn’t go well.
‘I hope you catch an infection, and you have to amputate your leg. I hope you never come back! You’re nothing but selfish no good outright trash. That’s what you are.’

He claimed Mysterio betrayed him by siding with ‘an outsider like Carlito’ rather than sticking to the core of the LWO.
After his harsh comments, Zelina Vega came out and rowed with her former teammate, slapping him in the face, while Joaquin Wilde and Cruz Del Toro backed her, before Escobar gave them a choice only for them to side with Vega.
He went on the attack as they started to leave the ring, which led to Carlito running down to chase him off, setting up a grudge match between the two at Survivor Series: WarGames next weekend.

Earlier this week, Mysterio shared a photo on Instagram of himself in his signature mask with his right leg bandaged up.
‘Knee surgery was successful 🙏🏼 @dugasmd1,’ he wrote, while still staying in character as he focused his attention on Escobar.
Promising revenge, he continued: ‘Now payback on @escobarwwe is on the horizon! Pagarás por los daños #Santos’
The Spanish translates to ‘you will pay for the damage’, and it’s clear the two stars are on a collision course once the former world champion is fit enough to return.
WWE SmackDown airs Friday nights at 1am on TNT Sports 1. Watch Survivor Series: WarGames on November 25 via the WWE Network.
