A man aged in his early 20s has died after being shot in north Dublin on Saturday night.
Gardai and emergency services personnel were alerted shortly before 7pm and attended the scene outside a home on Barry Drive in Finglas.
The man was treated by emergency personnel before being taken to Connolly Hospital, where he was later pronounced dead.
The scene has been preserved for forensic and technical examination and the coroner has been notified.
